Torah Portions

  • Be’shalach

“Be’shalach” means “let go,” and the portion begins with Pharaoh regretting his decision to free the Hebrews, so he musters his chariots in an attempt to bring them all back. Instead however Abba YHWH parts the waters of the Reed Sea and destroys Pharaoh’s army. But even as Israel rejoices, her trials are just beginning. After leaving camp from Elim on the 15th day (proving lunar sabbath wrong), the Israelites complain they don’t have enough meat, Abba YHWH sends a flock of quail and this is the first appearance of the mysterious Manna bread. About Us

Mission Statement

One Faith One People Ministries is dedicated to teaching the Word of Our Heavenly Father, Yahweh, as it was once written and also that of His Son, Yeshua the Messiah. The quality of our lives depends on knowing the Truth. Yeshua said, “You will know the Truth and the Truth will set you free” (John 8:32). It does not say that if you believe in Yeshua (or “Jesus” as he may have been known to many of you), that you will not have trials in your life or be tested. The Word empowers us to navigate through life and if we keep His covenant, He blesses us. His Son came to give us Salvation (Genesis 49:18; Exodus 14:13) but we have to understand what Yeshua preached to claim that salvation. He also prayed and healed the sick and afflicted. Scripture, as it was written, tells our history of trials, testing and hardships and eventually our deliverance. It is packed with valuable information pertaining to how we should think, speak and act. Knowing the Word is understanding who you are in Him. We strive to provide understanding so that your lives will be enriched. Each year we have been able to reach many more people personally than we have ever before and with His help, we can increase that number next year. We ask for your participation in and support of our ministry. This work cannot be done without your help. (We are a not-for-profit organization.)

Blessings,

Andrew Gabriel Roth
